1961

Aldeghi Elio Srl was born thanks to the vision andresourcefulness of Mr. Elio Aldeghi, who started the business in 1961 starting from the stable of his father's house and, later, in the garage of his own home. In these early years, the company specialized in turning components for mechanical gearboxes and cranes, laying the foundation for a history of growth and innovation in the industry.

1971

In 1971, Aldeghi Elio Srl moved its operations to a 600-square-meter plant used formanufacturing and with an attached office building, all located on an area of approximately 2,000 square meters of building space in the industrial area of Olginate.
The company specializes in the overhaul of:

  • Multi-spindle automatic lathes equipped and customized according to customer requirements,
  • Small presses,
  • Machinery in general,
    and in the design and construction of complete new lines for chain assembly.

1980

In 1980 the second production unit of 600 sq. m. next to the existing one, with the introduction of new boring machine tools e CNC milling machines.
The company specializes in contract manufacturing Of:

  • Complete lines for processing sheet metal coils,
  • Complete cardboard processing and printing lines,
  • Processing of the first mold holders mainly for the Italian market.

1987

In 1987, the third production unit of 600 square meters was built for the insertion of new CNC machine tools and the fourth production unit of 300 square meters was built for material storage.
Later, a technical office of about 80 square meters dedicated to the programming of CNC machines was built, all of which were networked, further improvingproduction efficiency.
The company expands contract construction of:

  • Complete lines for processing sheet metal coils,
  • Complete lines for cardboard processing and printing.
    The company specializes in contract machining of die holders and equipment for aluminum die casting and plastic injection and establishes itself on the Italian and European market, beginning to collaborate with large leading companies in the automotive sector.
    The first milling/drilling machine, the ancestor of the current machines on the market, is designed and built in Aldeghi.

2013

The fourth production unit, for a total of 700 square meters covered. Within this new unit was set up a department dedicated to deep drilling and at the same time a new dedicated boring/drilling machine with 8 controlled axes .. A new special sharpening machine and a new area for the environmentally friendly treatment of chips with an innovative plant, all conceived and designed in part by Angelo Aldeghi.
The company specializes in contract machining Of:

  • Mold holders and equipment for aluminum die casting, shell, plastic injection, compression, blanking, forging etc.
    It expands its markets to countries outside Europe e new multinational companies.
    Maintains the contract processing of precision mechanical parts for different industries: metallurgical, oil and gas, presses, machines, cocoa processing equipment, etc.

2023

The company maintains contract machining of mold holders and equipment for aluminum die casting, shell, plastic injection, compression, stamping, forging, etc., and begins to successfully produce the first complete molds in the aluminum die casting industry.
Contract machining of precision mechanical parts for different industries is maintained: metallurgical, oil and gas, presses, machines, cocoa processing equipment, etc.

To contribute to environmental sustainability, theinstallation of solar panels with a 140 KW/h production unit at the company was completed . This initiative aims to reduce CO2 emissions and optimize energy production, allowingsolar energy to be used to power production processes.
