  • 1961

    Aldeghi Elio srl was established by Mr ALDEGHI ELIO, who began this activity in his father’s stable and then in the garage of his house. At that time, the turning activity focused on building parts for mechanical reducers and cranes.

  • 1971

    Construction of the first real production unit in Olginate, consisting of a 600-square-meter warehouse for the production department and a building with offices and house. Systems were manufactured for the sheet metal, wood and paper sectors, service of multi-spindle lathes and special machines.

  • 1976

    Daniela Aldeghi began her working career in the administrative office.

  • 1978

    Angelo Aldeghi entered the company starting his training in the workshop.

  • 1980

    Construction of a second 600-square-meter production unit next to the existing one with the introduction of new CNC boring and milling machine tools.

  • 1988

    Construction of a third 600-square-meter production unit and the technical office intended for CNC machine tools programming; as well as construction of the fourth 300-square-meter production unit. With the entry of new machine tools, mechanical processing was developed for third parties.

  • 2003

    Daniela’s son, Andrea Bottoli, started his experience in the company.

  • 2013

    The fourth production unit was expanded by 400 square meters, for a total of 700 square meters of covered area. Within this new unit, a department dedicated to deep drilling was set up and, at the same time, a new boring/drilling machine with 8 controlled axes - partly designed by Angelo Aldeghi - was added. A new area was also prepared for the ecological treatment of shavings with an innovative system, once again designed by Angelo.

    A new special “Emsil” machine with 9 controlled axes was added to the
    drilling department.

  • 2019

    A new innovative boring/milling machine with 7 controlled axes - designed by Angelo Aldeghi - was added to the third production unit. To guarantee a better level of quality, the Gom Tritop system is put into operation for the dimensional and geometric certification of the pieces produced.

    In our departments we carry out – according to the exact needs of each customer – the manufacture and complete machining of die-holders and precision mechanical machining of various parts for the most diverse sectors.

     

    Precision machining – MILLING, BORING, GRINDING and DEEP DRILLING – is carried out thanks to the use of sophisticated numerically controlled machine tools, managed by our technical office with 5 CAD/CAM workstations. At the end of the production cycle, our Quality Control checks that the piece conforms to the design or to the 3D model thanks also to the Gom Tritop system.

     

    The management of the tools is performed through a centralized warehouse with high-tech profile projector presetting.

     

    Our company uses the most modern and best performing machine tools on the market, some specially modified or equipped with exclusive accessories, so as to meet even the needs of the most demanding customers.

     

    We are a well known and estimated company – both nationally and internationally. Among our most important customers: Peugeot Psa Automobiles s.a. and Daimler AG.
